It was my first time to participate on the race held in Mindanao. I was so excited to be able to meet riders coming from Visayas and Mindanao. It was a new and exhilarating experience for me.
I get to meet Tito Pepo, Wheng, Ted, Kimboy, Burns, Mike, the Dimaporo group from Lanao, group of Mayor Kallahal from Lamitan Basilan, and the group from Davao South Cotabato.
The race track is comparable to what we have here in Manila. It was a fun race and I'm happy that I placed first. My dad and I were deeply grateful that we were invited by Tito Arnel Bayhon. I get to be friends with his son, Ralph, who is also hospitable like his dad, and is also good on flat tracks.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following people:
- Mayor Cristobal Cadungon, for his endless support to Motocross.
- Bayhon family, for their hospitality.
Hopefully in the future, we get to be invited again for a Visayas and Mindanao meet. I look forward to meeting new friends and explore different places that the South can offer.
