On the third day, some of us wanted to leave at 7:00 a.m., others later. After many changes Kuya Oli was then the only one to leave for Manila by 7:00 a.m. as he had to prepare for his early morning trip to Thailand the next day.
The past night they said it was fine with them if I would indeed stay in Baler. Then the following morning they didn’t agree with me going home alone. They thought of a good way to convince me. They said it was dangerous for me to ride alone and they said other things that scared me no end! By 1:00 p.m., we were already having lunch in Cabanatuan. It is hard to describe the whole experience in words. For all those who wanted to go and did not make it, you missed a great, great ride. We had very good camaraderie. We saw unbelievably beautiful sites, views, mountains, rivers, tracks, backstreets, sea, shores, beaches, resorts and the rest of nature’s bounty. As I said, you missed a great ride. Thanks to my fellow riders for making Grand Matador Ride II a great and unforgettable experience. And I am looking forward to riding with you again. Hasta la vista! ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: My buddies who joined this exhausting but invigorating ride for the ride reports and pictures. Without your posts, this would not be possible due to my poor memory. He, he, he.### Grand Matador II: A Lady Rider’s Tale:
